Due to the high number of attendees registered for the 19th Congress of the EURETINA in Paris, EURETINA is providing a Badge Collection Service at a number of hotels listed below ( View Hotels) and at Orly Airport (West Terminal) and Charles de Gaulle Airport (Terminal 1 & Terminal 2F) ( View Airports).

Airport Badge Collection

The EURETINA Airport kiosks will be available for Delegates and Exhibitors who have pre-registered for the Congress at the following locations on Wednesday 4 September 08.00 – 22.00:

Orly Airport (West Terminal Arrivals) beside the car rental desks.

Charles de Gaulle Airport (Terminal 1 & Terminal 2F) Arrival halls.

*ID MUST be provided by everyone collecting a badge.

Hotel Badge Collection

The hotel service will be available for Delegates and Exhibitors who have pre-registered for the Congress on Wednesday 4 September between 16.00 – 22.00 in the hotels highlighted below:

*Attendees staying in other hotels can visit any of the hotels listed to pick up their badges

EURETINA Member – Available only to current members of EURETINA

EURETINA Non-Member – Available to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.

Trainee Member – Available to those who are currently in a residency programme and EURETINA members. A verification from your employer is required, please send to

Ophthalmic Nurse / Technician – Available only to ophthalmic nurses, technicians, assistants and orthoptists. Documentation such as work ID or a verification letter from your hospital is required. Please send to Professional – Includes optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff, ophthalmic photographers and other healthcare professionals. Commercial representatives are not entitled to pay this fee. Documentation such as work ID is required. Please sent to

Corporate – Available to commercial representatives and corporate personnel who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending, but do not have a product or service to exhibit. No solicitation is permitted. Employees of exhibiting companies are not entitled to pay this fee and must register via the relevant contact from their company.

Group Registration Information

On the first page of registration please indicate that you are registering a group. Enter the contact information for the company that you would like to appear on the invoice. Choose the required packages for your group and complete your group registration by assigning them to the participants and entering the individual delegate information. Please insert the company email address into the secondary field provided.

Please note, a valid and unique email address is required for each registration. This is very important to ensure that participants have the best Congress experience which relies on timely and quality communication. This may include extra content, sending invitations, competitions and opening or continuing discussions with exhibiting companies.

All registrations packages must be assigned to a delegate within 10 days of creating the account. If you wish to edit any account details contact the registration department:

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled by July 17th will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.Registrations cancelled between July 18th and August 14th will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

Registrations cancelled after August 14th will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made in the following ways: 1 For payments received by credit cards, the same card will be refunded.

2 For payments received by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the same bank account. Please note there may be a delay processing bank transfer refunds and all costs associated with the transfer will be charged to the registrant.

3 Failed visa application: Cancellations from delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fee providing the registration department is notified before 4th September 2019. Notification must be received in writing to the Registration Department for refunds to be eligible.

Payment Information

Payment of all registrations and courses must be made within 10 days of purchasing the packages on your account. These packages will be removed from your account if the payment is not complete within this time frame.

When making a Bank Transfer payment please include your name and User ID number as a reference and send a copy of this payment to the registration department.
