Euretina is committed to promoting good health and minimizing risk in all of our activities. Unfortunately, due to the recent developments with the Covid-19 Virus, we regret to inform that it will not be possible to go ahead with the meeting in Vilnius this month.
We make every effort to ensure the well-being and safety of our delegates, staff and all stakeholders at our events. The 10th Euretina Winter Meeting has now been postponed until 26-27 February 2021.
Registrations cancelled by January 23rd 2020 will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled between January 24th – 20th February 2020 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled after February 20th 2020 will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be made to the credit card used when registering.
Failed visa application: Cancellations from delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fee providing the registration department is notified before 20th March 2020.
Notification must be received in writing to the Registration Department and include a copy of a visa refusal letter from the embassy to be eligible. No refunds will be processed after this date or without refusal letter.
