The 10th EURETINA Congress will take place from Thursday 2 – Sunday 5 September 2010 and the XXVIII Congress of the ESCRS will take place from Saturday 4 – Wednesday 8 September 2010. The Exhibition for both congresses will take place from Friday 3 – Tuesday 7 September 2010 and the exhibition schedule is listed below. Please note that there may be some changes to the schedule.

APPLICATIONS FOR EXHIBITION SPACE
Applications for exhibition space must be made on the enclosed Official Exhibition Reservation Form. This form must be accompanied by a 25% deposit and must be received by the ESCRS Office on or before Friday 4 December 2009. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the appropriate deposit. Final booth space payment is due by 31 March 2010. Please note that booth space can be reallocated after this time unless payment is received in full. Please also note that all outstanding invoices from previous congresses must be settled in order for booth reservations to be processed. The minimum amount of space that can be reserved is six metres, unless prior agreement is made with the Organisers.
ALLOCATION OF SPACE
Exhibition space will be assigned in April 2010. Booth locations will be assigned according to points accrued by exhibiting companies during 2009. Please note that requests for placement away from other exhibiting companies may limit booth positioning.
RATES
The rental of booth space is €750 + VAT per square metre for space only. Shell schemes, furniture and fittings and other extras can be hired at additional costs, details of which will be sent to you on receipt of full booth space payment.
