Purpose:

to describe a case of multiple artery occlusion as sequalae of hemorrhagic stroke

Setting:

National University Hospital, Singapore

Methods:

Case Report

Results:

44 year old lady with hemorrhagic stroke, initiated embolization for stroke management. failed thrombolysis causes diffuse peripheral cranial thrombus clot, including the retinal arteries.

Conclusions:

failed thrombolysis caused retinal arteries occlusion.
