17-year-old women presented with sudden, painless deterioration in vision in the right eye. She had perception of light in the right eye with vitreous hemorrhage. Her vision in the left eye was 20/30. On fundus examination the left eye showed peripheral occlusive perivasculitis. Pars plana vitrectomy was performed to right eye and peripheral occlusive perivasculitis was also seen on the right eye. By presenting this case, we aimed to discuss the management of cases who have bilateral perivascular inflammation and occlusive vasculitis.
