We describe the case of a 62 years old female who presented in our A+E department with a sudden blurriness of vision associated with back pains.Further investigation revealed a metastatic lesion in her Right eye.

Case report and literature review.
We discuss the case of an otherwise healthy female who noticed a deterioration in her Right vision.From her past medical history,she reported severe back pains started 3 months ago ,not responding to usual painkillers.Fundoscopy revealed a yellowish lesion supra temporally and adjacent to the disc associated with a serous macular detachment.The findings from FFA and ICG angiography are consistent with a metastatic lesion.Patient was investigated further with MRI of the lumbar spinal cord which showed multiple metastases in the bone marrow.Primary site of the malignancy is the lung.The type of the malignancy is yet to be determined.
Ocular symptoms can be the manifestation of a life threatening systemic disease which require the cooperation of different specialties Through this case, we have explored important diagnostic and therapeutic considerations of pulmonary metastases to the choroid.
