Purpose:

Through this surgical film we show the management of a case of Peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy,postviterectomy Icg findings demonstrate its similarity to Polypoidal choroidal vasulopathy and the role of combination of surgery, Antivgef and laser photocogulation in the sucessful management of this devastating entity.

Setting:

A multispeciality eye hospital with a referral based retina practice.

Methods:

Through this surgical film we show the management of a case of Peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy,postviterectomy Icg findings demonstrate its similarity to Polypoidal choroidal vasulopathy and the role of combination of surgery, Antivgef and laser photocogulation in the sucessful management of this devastating entity.

Results:

This surgical film and case presentation highlights the similarity between PCV and Peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretionopathy.

Conclusions:

Using a combination of viterectomy and postoperative ICG wehighlight the treatment and management of this challenging entity.
