We describe such a case and suggest that the two conditions may have a common pathogenesis


A case report of 37 year old female patient


A patient in whom MS has been diagnosed 2 and half years ago, admitted for uveopapillitis, a number of paraclinical exams have been done fluo-angiography-OCT ultrasound mode B VEP and ocular-cerebral-medullar MRI LP and an audiogram


Clinical and paraclinical examination were in favor of VKH syndrome


The association of both MS and VKH syndrome is extremely rare this is the third published case
