We would like to describe an atypical and rare presentation of ocular toxoplasmosis

This is one of the few cases that reports toxoplasmic CRAO in combination with vasculitis and multifocal chorioretinitis. Ocular toxoplasmosis can present in different forms and should be considered in cases of inflammatory eyes with CRAO.
