Purpose:

Presentation of a case report of a unilateral Relentless placoid choroidopathy

Setting:

This is an observational case report. Relentless placoid choroidopathy is a rare occurence

Methods:

This is an observational case report

Results:

A 29 year old woman was referred to us with unilateral scattered chorioretinal lesions and vitritis. Lesions and visual acuity increased with the decline of doxycycline and steroid therapy

Conclusions:

Relentless placoid choroidopathy is a primary inflammatory choriocapillaropathy. At the time of diagnosis taken to be anti-inflammatory treatment with the lesions might have regressed.
