The European Society of Retina Specialists invites you to participate as a sponsor at the 8th EURETINA Congress taking place in the
Austria Centre, Vienna in May 2008. The annual congress is expected to attract more than 1,000 Retina Specialists and healthcare
professionals with buying power and influence over purchasing decisions. All sponsors will be recognised in the final programme.
All advertisers and sponsors of preferred positions/sponsorships opportunities in 2007 will have right of first refusal for the same
sponsorship opportunities in 2008. The deadline to exercise this option of first refusal is 20 December 2007. After this date all
unsecured advertising/sponsorship will be offered on a first-come basis.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for sponsorships cannot be accepted after the 20th March 2008. Cancellations after this time will be invoiced for the full amount.

Tote Bags - €18,000
Each registered attendee will
receive their conference materials
in a tote bag that they can carry
during the entire meeting and
beyond. The sponsor's name and
logo will appear on 1,000 bags.
Inside each bag will be a pen and
notepaper also featuring the
company logo.
Delegate Badges and Lanyards - €9,000
High visibility opportunity! Your company
logo (and your logo only) can appear on the
official meeting lanyards and badges.
Distributed at the registration desk, all
attendees will be given the official badge &
lanyard to wear during the meeting. Both the
lanyards and badges will be preprinted with
your company logo on them, keeping your
company name visible throughout the event.
Welcome Reception - €15,000
The welcome reception will be a premiere event. EURETINA will
work with the sponsor to create a valuable welcome event for
delegates, which will recognise the contributions of the sponsoring
company. This will be achieved by including company branding on
the invitations, and event signage.
Book of Abstracts - €8,000
Increase your company's profile by sponsoring the Book of
Abstracts. The Book of Abstracts will be distributed to every
delegate at registration and is a valuable tool for them to take home
after the congress, for reference or to share with colleagues. As the
sole sponsor of the Book of Abstracts you will be able to utilize the
3 cover positions for advertising (inside front, inside back and
outside back). This ensures your company will have high visibility
both at the meeting and when the delegates return home. All ads
will be in full colour.
Coffee Breaks - €6,000
Provide delegates with coffee during the morning and afternoon
breaks and your company name and logo will appear on signage at
the coffee stations.
Water Stations – price on application
Supply the attendees with natural refreshment by sponsoring bottles
of water to be distributed throughout the congress centre. With a
choice of natural spring or mineral water, your company logo will
appear as the bottle label and will be distributed from refreshment
areas where signage will be located with your company name and
logo.
Internet Area - €10,000
The internet area is ranked as one of the
most valuable areas of any meeting.
Delegates can access their emails and the
internet whilst visiting the exhibition. The
sponsoring company's name and logo will
be displayed on all screens as well as
signage. The internet area will be located in
the exhibition hall.
Presidents Dinner - €15,000
The social highlight of the congress, this prestigious event takes
place on the Friday evening during the congress. Your company can
gain visibility by sponsoring this event for delegates, where 100 of
Europe's top ophthalmologists gather for an evening of food and
drink. Your company logo will appear on the menus and signage in
an exclusive venue.
