All Artwork for the Preliminary Programme, Final Programme and Book of Abstracts = 210w x 297h mm +5mm bleed all round. We can accept ads on CD, via email or downloaded from an FTP site.
Please make sure that all files are hi-res PDF's and that all fonts are embedded. Please provide a full colour proof.

Deadline for the receipt of advertising material ready for production, as specified above must be received by the Congress Secretariat on or before 1 November for the Preliminary Programme and 1 April for the Final Programme and the Book of Abstracts.
