Exhibition Schedule
The EURETINA Congress will take place from Thursday 17 – Sunday 20 May, 2007. The exhibition schedule is listed below. Please note that this schedule is subject to change. In the event of any changes to this schedule you will be notified in writing once you have reserved exhibition space.

Applications for Exhibition Space

Applications for exhibition space must be made on the enclosed Official Exhibition Reservation Form. This form must be accompanied by a 25% deposit and must be received by the EURETINA Office on or before Friday 22 December, 2006.

Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the appropriate deposit. Final booth space payment is due by 2 February 2007. Please note that your booth can be reallocated after this time unless payment is received in full.

Please also note that all outstanding invoices must be settled in order for your booth reservation to be processed. The minimum amount of space that can be reserved is 6 square metres unless prior agreement is made with the Organisers.

Allocation of Space
Exhibition space will be assigned in January 2007 and confirmation of booth locations will be posted after the allocations have been made. Please note that requests for placement away from other exhibiting companies may limit booth positioning.

Rates
The rental of booth space will be ¤500 per square metre for space only. Shell schemes, furniture and fittings and other extras can be hired at extra cost, details of which will be sent to you on receipt of full booth space payment. Booking forms sent without deposits will not be accepted. Companies wishing to have adjacent or shared space must submit their requests on the official exhibition reservation form.
